Course Overview

This is a 1-day module to focus on finding the right problem to solve for one’s organisation. This entails a problem-statement component and an environment-organisation component culminating with a problem setting map (project).

This module is part of Professional Certificate in Trisector Strategy and Innovation for Transformation.

Course Objectives

After completing this short course, the participants would be able to:

  • Understand and apply problem setting techniques
  • Understand and apply environment and organizational analysis (PESTEL, VRIO, SWOT/TOWS) techniques
  • Find the right problem to solve
