Programmes under NUS ACE’s Solutions for Organisations provide learners with a clear understanding and appreciation of leadership agility in the context of digital transformation.
The overarching objective of the programmes is to help develop leaders capable of designing effective and relevant business decisions; drive their respective organisations successfully through a disruptive digital economy; or manage their company’s transformation journey.
The methodology will cover interactive experiential learning, peer-to-peer sharing, user case creation, roadmap/strategy formulation, among others. Enterprise Transformation Project (ETP) with Mentorship Support Grant (MSG)
At NUS ACE, we support your organisation’s digital transformation aspiration and help you bring it to full fruition. We have a tie-up with SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) to support and facilitate digital transformation for qualified organisations, companies, and enterprises.
The Enterprise Transformation Project (ETP) focuses on implementation-led training, consultancy services, and workplace-centric projects for business and operational transformation through organisational capability-building.
To assist in defraying the cost incurred in digital transformation initiatives, SSG’s Mentorship Support Grant (MSG) will co-fund the costs incurred in engaging NUS ACE to provide project mentorship through consultancy and/or project-based implementation-led training.

Step 1 – Understand
Instructional Courses
Embark on a learning journey into digital transformation
Attend training and workshops on digital transformation, digital project management and/or digital change management
Step 2 – Prepare
Mentorship Services
Acquire Mentorship and consultancy services on implementation of digital transformation
Formulate and finalise an Enterprise Transformation Project (ETP) proposal with timelines, deliverables and key performance indicators (KPIs)

Technology Solutioning
Create a prototype with NUS Computing Translational Research and Development (C-TReND) unit as vendor
Enact digital transformation and process re-engineering aided by technologies and tools developed by, or jointly with, C-TReND

Moreover, once you have successfully completed an ETP, you can apply for another as the limit is 3 approved ETPs per company. However, note that ETPs can be undertaken one at a time and cannot be implemented concurrently.
