Course Overview

This three-day data collection and analysis module supports learners to collect user data that can be analysed to derive insights to drive their later idea generation process. This entails a research design/plan component, data collection component and data analysis component. This module works with real data and practical training/coaching from research design to data collection to analysis.

Course Objectives

After completing this short course, the participants would be able to:

  • Design and execute a research plan that solves the problem with real data
  • Analyse collected data to derive user insights for problem solving

  1. Total Nett Programme Fee Payable, including GST, after additional funding from various funding schemes.
  2. GST shall apply at prevailing rates.
  3. Participants must fulfill at least 75% attendance and pass all assessment components to be eligible for SSG funding.
  4. Singaporeans and Singapore PRs are eligible for up to 90% SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) funding, subject to SSG funding guidelines.

Other Information

This course is eligible for Union Training Assistance Programme (UTAP). NTUC members can enjoy up to 50% funding (capped at $250 per year) under UTAP. NTUC members aged 40 and above can enjoy higher funding support up to $500 per individual each year, capped at 50% of unfunded course fees, for courses attended between 1 July 2020 to 31 December 2025.
