Course Objectives

This Professional Certificate will equip learners with the knowledge, skills and abilities to design and develop the strategies and programmes to:

  • Manage AI innovation covering both products and services;
  • Protect AI innovation through intellectual property rights management; and
  • Commercialize AI innovation in the marketplace to generate returns to AI innovators

Job Role Readiness

At the end of this Professional Certificate course, participants will be able to:

  • Design and develop frameworks, methodologies, and processes to manage the AI innovation value chain including ensuring compliance with AI ethics and governance.
  • Develop an action plan to protect and manage AI innovation through intellectual property rights such as patent, copyright, trademark, and trade secret; and
  • Develop and implement a go-to-market (GTM) program for the commercialisation of AI innovation including managing a gated GTM process to maximize market value.
