I found this course very enjoyable. Moments when Dr Dennis shared his own challenges when building TMR, the digital bank of UOB, are deeply insightful and I could relate to many of the trade-offs he had to make. Dr Dennis is such a deep-thinker and you'll notice that rigour immediately in the insights he shares & the coursework content. His 30 years of rich experience reflects in the course material. I also thoroughly enjoyed the class discussions & course-work of breaking down the opportunities for Air BNB & TEMO. For those evaluating if they should attend, I found the TaP framework to be a much more concise & usable framework compared to a full-blown MBA. There are also significant overlaps between the TaP framework & the Product Management discipline. I would highly recommend this coursework for C-suites, Senior Product Leaders & Head of Transformations. If there's 1 thing I took away from this course, it's an appreciation for the complexities and inter-connectedness between the 19 aspects of the TaP framework!

I thought I knew all about Transformation until I attended this course.
Most people think Transformation a just a technical implementations but there is a lot more than meets the eyes.
It’s nothing like learning from a real practitioner.
This course is not an amalgamation of all the best practices that hadn’t been implemented before.
What I enjoyed most are the hindsight stories of the mistakes & failures, that one can learn and avoid.
(There is a saying : It takes a wise man to learn from his own experience, but an even wiser man to learn from the experience of others).
I strongly recommend this course to anyone willing to learn by the experiences of others … it will be much cheaper, less heart aches and above all, increases your probability of success !
