HR professionals recently explored the transformative potential of GenAI in HR practices, leveraging tools like ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot. They applied real-world case studies, engaged in live demos and practical exercises, enhancing their understanding of AI’s role in shaping the future of HR.
Conducted on the 22nd of January, the workshop at SoC ACE featured a talk by Executive Education Fellow Zaid Hamzah, who emphasised GenAI’s ability to drive business outcomes and deliver the value of AI.
Adam Basor, also from SoC ACE, shared practical GenAI applications in HR while Jonathan Chew, the Chief AI Officer of BrandRev.ai discussed the limitations of GenAI.
Building on the success of this event, a new course, Practical Applications of GenAI Technology for Human Resources, will commence in May 2025, offering further insights into how HR professionals can leverage AI to revolutionise their organisations.
