Course Overview

A UX Designer is someone whose work involves utilizes UXD. This course introduces UXD, the role of a UX Designer in the system development life cycle and the skillsets a UX Designer must have to carry out effective UXD.

This module is part of Professional Certificate in User Experience Design.

Course Objectives

This course provides the participant with knowledge and skills to

  • Understand what UXD is.
  • Understand the role of a UX Designer in the entire system development life cycle.
  • Understand the skillsets a UX Designer must have to perform UXD.
  • Understand what is meant by effective UXD

Who Should Attend

UI Designer

Prerequisites

Required years of experience in Service/System Design and/or customer/client-facing roles: 1 year.

English proficiency: Good.
