Course Overview

This course focuses on the Digital and Artificial intelligence (AI) transformation imperatives, and business-Information Technology (IT) collaboration. Key concepts, best practices, and processes in organisational value alignment to the digital transformation processes are the key takeaways. Participants will execute a digital and AI transformation framework throughout the course focusing on digital technology adoption, business and IT goal alignment, digital opportunities framing, digital maturity assessment, portfolio and roadmap definition, and organisation change management. Through the hands-on individual and group assignments, the participants will recognise strategies to avoid the common pitfalls in strategic alignment and apply risk mitigation tactics during the execution of the transformation programme.

Course Objectives

At the end of the course, participants will be able to:

Develop a comprehensive digital and AI transformation strategy in value alignment, digital portfolio construction, roadmap design, and change management.
Identify the challenges and be able to mitigate these risks during the transformation.
