Course Overview

This course focuses on the Digital and Artificial intelligence (AI) transformation imperatives and the operating models to sustain the adoption of these innovative and cutting-edge technologies over a long period of time. Scaling of the digital and AI tools with a focus on processes such as data strategy, product management, business ownership, and digital factory value discovery experimentation and adoption are the key takeaways of the course. This course enables participants to execute future digital and AI transformation from the ground up by redesigning the people organisation and executing the new operating model.

Course Objectives

At the end of the course, participants will be able to:

Understand the industry-aligned blueprint in organising the resources to execute a digital and AI transformation.
Design an operating model that is required to sustain and scale the adoption of these technologies in an organisation.
