Course Overview

This 1.5-day instructor-led course is designed to enable participants to understand the functions and roles that help IT service management staff to deliver, manage and support client services and operations for customers. The course will make use of the industry framework and best practice for IT Service Management – namely ITIL 4® – for delivering IT-enabled client applications and infrastructure services. Participants will learn how to use ITIL 4® to leverage digital technologies to cocreate value with customers, drive business strategy and propel digital transformation.

Course Objectives

Upon completion of this course, participants would be able to:

Understand best practices for the delivery and management of client application services offered by ITIL 4®
Define broad requirements for client services and operations
Support the delivery of client services and operations
Manage service providers in providing client services and operations
