Course Overview

Digital transformation is a top priority on the agenda of every forward-looking boardroom. Every company’s business strategy today is underpinned by its IT strategy, making the role of a Chief Information Officer (CIO) more critical than ever. The days of CIOs being primarily technology-focused are long gone. Modern CIOs are expected to be business enablers, influential leaders, and exceptional communicators capable of steering their organisations to success in the digital era.

This course is built on extensive research into the expectations of the modern CIO. It is designed to help CIOs and aspiring CIOs prioritize the “right things” during their critical first 100 days. Whether you are tasked with driving a major digital agenda or preparing for a CIO role, this course provides actionable insights and frameworks to ensure success.

This five-day course provides a structured approach to refocus priorities and set CIOs up for success in the eyes of their board and stakeholders. Designed as a transformative experience, it enables CIOs to achieve early success and establish their credibility as both business and technology leaders. By combining theoretical knowledge, real-world insights, and interactive learning, participants will be fully prepared to address the demands of modern digital leadership.
