Course Overview

When proposing solutions and projects with new technologies such as 5G, AI and data analytics, the project team inevitably gets challenged with putting up a viable business case. This course will cover the different tools used for business modelling and ROI analysis. The variety of tools will cover external environments (PESTER, SWOT) and internal and 360 tools like Business Model Canvas and Value Proposition Canvas. Real life 5G projects will be used as in-depth case studies. There will also be a project to develop a business case to pitch a 5G project to bring to market.

Course Objectives

At the end of this course, the participants will be able to:

  • Explain the various tools used to build and explain different business models
  • Choose the most appropriate one for the required project
  • Test their understanding and pitching skills in a team setting using a 5G-related project

Who Should Attend

Sales, marketing, product teams and senior executives.

Prerequisites

Participants are expected to have basic knowledge of distinctive 5G features and their practical value. Some work experience in a commercial environment will be useful to propose and pitch the 5G solution.
