APIs and RPA: Automation, Bots and Future

Course Overview

This course seeks to equip its learners with the fundamentals frameworks of Robotic Process Automation and how to create bots that perform various repetitive processes. There will also be intermediary practice components based on real-world case studies of RPA usage and business process linkages. Besides software-based training for RPA, there will also be components on API connections to automate various database processes which involve data handling and process execution. The end goal of completing this module is to increase employees’ productivity on creative tasks by building and connecting bots and APIs to handle repetitive, menial work.

  • Design and consume financial services Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) for retrieving account information and initiating payment.
