Course Overview

This five-day programme provides participants with an in-depth understanding of marketplace solution development and selection, leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) across various industries. It offers insights into real-world applications of Generative AI, aimed at unlocking the potential of digital innovation for success in today’s interconnected marketplace. Participants will explore the requirements for digital business capabilities and the framework for selecting marketplace solutions to evaluate digital and technical options. The programme also enhances skills in marketplace digitalisation through best practices in procurement and the request for proposal (RFP) process, facilitating informed decision-making and compliance. Additionally, participants will gain hands-on experience through case studies that highlight challenges and opportunities, as well as insights from industry practitioners about their digital transformation journeys to future-proof their businesses.

Course Objectives

At the end of the course, participants will be able to:

  • Understand the digital business capability building blocks required to operate and compete effectively in a digital economy.
  • Analyse and breakdown the core digital business capability requirements a business must have to achieve its goals and succeed in the era of generative Artificial Intelligence (AI).
  • Apply the Marketplace Selection Framework to perform due diligence in identifying and selecting appropriate AI-enabled marketplace solutions relevant to businesses across industries.
  • Apply procurement best practices to focus on improving cost efficiency, supplier relationships, risk management and operational efficiency.
  • Apply the Request For Proposal (RFP) document as a strategic tool to streamline vendor selection, ensuring transparency, competitive pricing and optimal solutions.
